Remote support saves you time and money. Great for software fixes, driver installs, email setup, and general troubleshooting — no need to bring your system in.
The download appears at the bottom or top-right corner. Click it to run. If prompted, choose Keep then Open.
Select Save File, then open it from your Downloads. If Windows prompts, click Run anyway.
The file appears in the top-right download icon. Double-click it to open. You may need to allow it under System Settings → Privacy & Security.
After we disconnect, we cannot reconnect without your approval.
